Support for Hach customers is made available worldwide through our global network of authorized distributors, who stock and support Hach products in countries around the world.

Distributor staff are factory-trained to help you select the appropriate Hach products, to provide local technical support and service, and to ensure that fresh reagents and consumables are available to support Hach customers. Many of our distributors also provide instrument repair services and offer regular maintenance and service programs.
