With Hach's TU5 suite of turbidity solutions you can maintain regulatory compliance and be confident that a change in your reading is a change in your water.
Does your turbidimeter utilize the latest and most accurate technology? The TU5 Series employs a patented 360° x 90° optical design that sees more of your sample than any other turbidimeter, delivering the best low-level precision and sensitivity while minimizing variability between measurements.
How fast can you see changes in your turbidity? A smaller online sample volume provides a fast and accurate response to changes in turbidity. This allows you to detect turbidity events almost immediately.
How much time do you spend calibrating and maintaining your turbidimeter? The TU5 Series dramatically reduces the time needed to get a turbidity measurement you can rely on, with 98% less online sample surface area to clean, sealed vials for calibration, and the elimination of the need for indexing and silicone oil in the lab.
The online TU5 Series instruments come with a variety of options to make maintaining your instrument even easier including: • Flow Sensor – identification of flow rate through your turbidimeter • Automatic Cleaning Module (ACM) – automatic cleaning of the sample cell • System Check – notification of sample cell health
Can you match your online and lab turbidity measurements? For the first time you will be able to remove the uncertainty of which measurement to trust between your lab and process instruments, thanks to identical 360° x 90° Detection Technology in any TU5 Series turbidimeter. The optional RFID feature enables you to transmit data to/from your TU5 Series lab and process instruments.
Do you have an ultra-low range turbidity application? The TU5400sc Online Laser Turbidimeter and Hach Method 10258 are approved by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality TCEQ as an alternative membrane turbidity monitor method and technology for individual filter effluent turbidity measurements from membrane units provided for pathogen removal.
Use the filters in the table below to select the right TU5300sc/TU5400sc configuration for your needs.
The TU5200 benchtop turbidimeter can help you match lab and process values and achieve the full benefit of the TU5 Series Family. Click Here to find out more.
TU5300 and TU5400 process turbidimeters require an sc controller for operation. If you don’t have one already, choose a Claros Enabled SC4200c. Our legacy SC200 or SC1000 controllers are also compatible with these turbidimeters.
