The portable SA1100 is an easy-to-use, accurate, cost-effective instrument for monitoring
lead and copper concentrations. Using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry, a
USEPA-approved methodology for determining total lead in drinking water that can also
determine total copper*, the SA1100 makes monitoring easy.

*Differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry is approved by the USEPA only for determining lead
concentrations, and acid digestion is required for reporting purposes. Hach Method 1001, Determination of
Lead, for use in Lead and Copper Rule compliance monitoring.
