The USC 5000 Universal Signal Converter is developed to be the simplest Universal Signal Converter for your Evita Products. The USC 5000 accepts one transmitter via HART® bus. One 4-20mA current output is provided with this USC. NEMA 6, 100 - 240 VAC +/- 10%. Not recommended for use with the INSITU products. Note: All Universal Signal Converters feature automatic pressure and temperature compensation when used with Evita OXY products.

Effortless and fast installation allowing up to 1000 m between the transmitter and a USC signal converter, a display or a PLC

Problem-free Maintenance

Automatic calibration process in atmospheric air through the TILTCAL® device: simply hold the transmitter for 5 minutes in tilted position. The float ball is self-cleaning. After 2-3 years the Clark sensor is easily replaced.

High Reliability

EVITA® OXY features a self-diagnosis device. The membrane is continuously checked for leak points. Additionally, fault reporting is performed via the analog output of the transmitter.

Flexible measurement data transfer

The standard HART® communication offers the possibility to: (1) remotely adjust the measurement range and of the measurement units and (2) display the temperature and the volume of dissolved oxygen, and (3) display the remaining life of the sensor OXY 1100 as well as special event codes

Modular architecture

USC signal converters with a module option, offer flexibility. Choose the communication module that fits your needs today and change it later. Individual modules can be mounted by simply clicking them onto the bottom.
