Purchasing the ProtectionPlus Plan guarantees that you will have a fully operational instrument for at least five years after purchase, eliminating the unplanned expense of replacement.
As a service plan customer, your repair will be put into rush status with five-day turnaround time.
Upon completion of repair at the Hach Service Center, we’ll cover the cost of second-day return shipping.
