Hach unveils new website for improved user experience.

Hach Company (www.hach.com) launched a new Hach.com site on July 17. One of the key missions of Hach is to make water testing as simple as possible, and now the same applies to its website. The website features a more powerful search, a clear and easy step-by-step checkout process for both products and service, and simpler browsing navigation amongst many key new features.
"Customers will experience a faster and richer website," Jon Adams, Manager of E-Business said. "We have streamlined the search process and redesigned the product pages to provide more information, so product, application, and purchasing decisions are at our customers’ fingertips."
An improved search tool will help direct customers to exactly the product they are looking for. It includes the ability to filter results by parameter, product type, price and other options. Results can then be sorted based on price, best sellers and alphabetically.
The new product page design includes anticipated delivery dates, documentation, videos, optional accessories and more. The new hach.com also offers suggested replacement products for obsolete parts, so customers can find comparable substitute products.
The checkout process has also been revamped into a clean, four-step process allowing customers to manage their order and addresses and save or print their order confirmation for future reference.
Existing customer accounts will not be disrupted by the changes to hach.com; account names and passwords will remain the same. Existing favorite lists will still be available, as will customers’ quote and order histories.
