pH Buffers

Hach pH standard buffers are formulated to strict NIST guidelines, with pH temperature profiles well-characterized and fully documented. The values of non-NIST pH standard buffers can vary unpredictably with temperature, introducing an unknown calibration/test factor that can compromise consistency of results.

Hach's HQd and sensION+ meters are programmed to recognize NIST and IUPAC certified pH standard buffers, and automatically adjust to provide true values over a wide temperature range.
